Emily’s golf career began at Royal Fox, Ruth Lake and Sunset Ridge,  elite Country Clubs in the Midwest.  It was there that she learned  and trained at all facets of the golf industry from ordering merchandise, running leagues and developing programs.  It was at these clubs that Emily discovered her true passion was working with the kids.  In 2007 Emily began working at Cantigny Youth Links as the Head Golf Professional.  The Youth Links is a unique golf course that was designed and dedicated for the junior player.

In her work at Cantigny, she designed, developed and grew programs such as Little Linkers, Pee Wees, Big Swingers and Big Rippers.  She saw a need, and demand for kids ages 3-8 to become introduced to the sport.  “Nobody around at the time was offering this age group golf lessons.  I literally started these classes for these age groups out of demand.”

In time, Emily built these programs with massive numbers.  She annually teaches thousands of students, providing many there first golf lessons and experiences at golf facilities.

In addition to teaching, Emily is also the Owner, Founder and Creator of Squishtees.  Squishtees are golf tee accessories, inspired by her students.  “While prototyping Squishtees, I had my students work alongside me, providing feedback of what they wanted to see and use.”

Squishtees are Trademarked, and Patent pending, and are used worldwide at golf courses, academies, golf events and resorts.  It continues to grow and as always, all prototypes are introduced to her students prior to production for approval!
